Looking for Mr. Goodcookie

All your hard work at that computer deserves a break every once in a while. That's when it's time to dig into the cookie jar and pour an ice cold glass of milk for a delicious treat. Just keep those crumbs away from the keyboard!

We're looking for some yummy recipes to try. Please post your best cookie recipes here as a comment to this post. I promise to try them all (hazard of the job!)

Thanks bunches,
Cookie

Cookie,

This one is so simply, and healthy I'm ashamed to post it.

Okay! I will anyway.

4 cups dry cereal like Weaties, Total, corn flakes.
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 pkg Nestle's butterscotch bits.

Melt the peanut butter, (smooth works best) and the butterscotch bits in the microwave. I use 1/2 to 1/3 power for 1 & 1/2 minutes to two minutes until the mixture is smooth and liquid. Pour over the dry cereal and fold the mixture throughout the cereal. Spread into a square pan and refrigerate. Cut into squares and enjoy. Healthy, what with the cereal and peanut butter and easy. The perfect snack in a hurry for a hungry writer.
